The moment you hear or read the name “Tom Ford,” it does something lớn your brain and the bench mark of expectations rise real high. That maybe because of the high”est” end placing of the products on the beauty spectrum, the exorbitant price tags or the ultra glam iconic packaging. Tom Ford products are raved và ranted about in the entire blogosphere. But, are they really worth the hype?? I had been lemming for their lipsticks since ages & finally got my hands on a couple of them. This one’s a gift from IMBB & I am so delighted to mô tả my review on it with you.

To Tom Ford, there is no more dramatic accessory than a perfect lip. It is the focus of the face & it has the power lớn define a woman’s whole look. Each lip color is Tom Ford’s modern ideal of an essential makeup shade. Rare and exotic ingredients, including soja seed extract, Brazilian murumuru butter and chamomilla flower oil, create an ultra-creamy texture with an incredibly smooth application. The packaging id unique square tube with golden detailing & sharp edges. It is heavy và looks very class. Lipstick has a twist up mechanism & the lack of magnetic closure in a high end lippy looks like a glaring omission!

My experience with Tom Ford Lip Colour – Wild Ginger:
Color: The shade, Wild Ginger, is a warm vibrant orange-red. Unlike YSL Le Orange (my favorite Orange ever), this one’s more red & has a richness about it. The shade will look more red on cooler skintone and more orange on warmer ones. It is not red but a distinct orange red. The colour is bold and beautiful – something which screams for attention, so I keep rest of the makeup subtle when I use this. There is no shimmer or glossiness but the colour has a vibrancy which does not allow it khổng lồ look matte or flat.Texture: The texture is lightweight and creamy. It glides on smoothly và feels nourishing/hydrating. The formula is very comfortable khổng lồ wear – one of the finest I have come across.

Pigmentation: It is extremelypigmented – full opaque in one swipe -95-100% colour deposit in a single layer. There is no need lớn build up to the colour. It hides lip pigmentation effectively.Despite the rich colour, there was no feathering or bleeding. I did not need to reach for a lip liner.
Lasting power:I got about 5.5hours wear time. Post which I had to eat something. Eating, drinking caused a little wear in the corners of the mouth. One cảm biến up & I was good lớn go for the rest of the day.I had lớn remove the whole thing with a makeup remover.

Well, you can reach a destination on a Maruti, a Honda, or a BMW…the ease of travelling will change depending on the vehicle. Same way, one isn’t just paying for the colour but the entire luxe experience. Having said that, does everyone really need to buy one. Not really. This comes with a hefty price tag.
